Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Site Service Technician (Day shift) based at our Springhill TN, location.
Who you are:
An energetic, highly motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced environment. and will have a positive influence on the Spring Hill team. Someone who focuses on solving problems. A hard worker who provides and exceeds customer expectations.
Perform physical inspection of the complete fleet every two weeks as signed by Saturn Manager. Process all paperwork in a timely manner and escalate any safety concerns immediately to management. Lift equipment made available for heavier items, up to 55 lbs. Utilize hand tools sufficient to perform maintenance and services. General computer tasks.
What you will need:
Minimum, High school diploma. Zero to five years of relevant work experience. Entry-level understanding of mechanical and electrical (AC and DC) troubleshooting skills.
Skills, Experience & Abilities:
Excellent written and oral / verbal communication skills. Entry-level understanding of mechanical and electrical (AC and DC) troubleshooting skills. Basic mechanical skills including electrical diagrams and hydraulic systems to tie in with daily maintenance required to meet the customer's expectations. Must be motivated, and willing and able to work safely in high pressure environments. Must be able to adapt readily to project changes and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work well both within team atmospheres and independently with little supervision. Flexibility with working off-hours (within reason as needed) to support the Spring Hill Fleet is required.
