Burleson, Texas Clean, Organize, Restock, Repeat ARD Racing is hiring a dependable, motivated Shop Hand to help keep our race program tight, clean, and running smooth. This isn't your average garage gig — we prep and rebuild UTVs that compete at the highest level, and we need someone who takes pride in doing the little things that make a big difference. We travel to races for multiple weekends. Ideal person has to be okay with being on the road. What You'll Do Clean UTVs and equipment after races Empty and deep-clean the race trailer after events Keep the shop clean, organized, and ready for the next job Restock spare parts and consumables Help load and unload gear for events Jump into other tasks as needed — flexibility is key Support the mechanics and fabricators as directed May be needed on Saturdays to prep for races Will be required to attend and support on race weekends What You Need Strong work ethic and self-motivation Dependable — no call-ins , show up on time, every time Good time management and ability to stay on task Willingness to learn and take direction Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Mechanic or UTV experience is a plus, but not required Able to lift heavy parts and work on your feet all day Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends when needed Works well with others, since we are a team. Must maintain good personal hygiene and a clean, professional appearance, as this position regularly interacts with customers, vendors, and team members. Position Details 1099 Independent Contractor Long-term potential for the right candidate Opportunity to grow into mechanical or race support roles Must have reliable transportation-If you do not, do not apply.
