• Our schedule is 6:45am-5:15pm, Tuesday
• Friday.

That means every weekend is a 3-day weekend to recharge, spend time with family, or just live your life. ✓

• We work on a mix of SUVs, pickups, light-duty diesels, and some farm and medium-duty trucks.

Diagnostics in the morning, production in the afternoon—you'll get plenty of variety to sharpen your skills. ✓

He meets with each tech one-on-one weekly, listens when you need to vent, and backs his techs over customers. Your opinion matters here, and you'll always know where you stand. ✓

• We cover ASE tests, give bonuses for each one passed, and set a goal of 80 hours of training per year.

On top of that, you'll get a $2,000 annual tool allowance to keep you sharp and well-equipped. ✓
