Job Description

This position is responsible for the Maintenance of Menard-owned equipment and vehicles. This is light duty, medium duty, and heavy-duty truck and forklift repairs. The hours are 6:00 a.m. - 2:45 p.m. Monday through Friday. Why Menards?

Pay based on experience:

$26.55/hr - $38.30/hr Health and Dental Insurance 401(k) Employee Discount Paid time off

PRIMARY RESPONSBILITIES

Perform mechanical repairs to trucks and trailers. Troubleshoot mechanical issues. Perform accurate and timely repairs. Look for additional repairs beyond what's listed. Perform preventative Maintenance checks on equipment. Experience in diagnostic engine repair Experience in truck drivetrain repair Must have some direct mechanical experience or an accredited Technician Degree Must be reliable, detail oriented, and able to multitask Must have parts knowledge Must be able to take direction from management and the ability to work independently Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. occasionally
