What You'll Be Doing:

Working on a 2-3 person crew, repairing and restoring groundwater pumps and wells for towns, businesses, and industries. Driving pump rigs or service trucks (CDL preferred — we'll help you get it if you don't have one yet). Using hand tools, power tools, welding gear, mechanical piping, and basic electrical troubleshooting to get the job done. Operating heavy equipment and working in all kinds of weather — rain, snow, heat, or cold — because reliability doesn't take a day off. Traveling around Wisconsin (overnight stays Monday-Thursday when needed) with paid hotels and meal allowances.

Who We're Looking For:

People who love working with their hands — whether it's farm equipment, cars, engines, electrical systems, or construction projects. Hardworking, physically strong individuals — able to lift 50-70 lbs. repeatedly throughout day and stay on their feet for 10+ hours. Flexible team players ready to learn a wide range of skills, from welding to heavy equipment operation. CDL is preferred. Drivers with a clean record (all checks performed) and willingness to earn a CDL if you don't have one yet. Must pass a drug test, medical exam, and physical strength test.

What You'll Get:

Starting Pay:

$25/hour for beginners Overtime paid — you'll be working approximately 10 hours a day (Monday-Thursday) Fridays are typically overtime as needed.

First-Year Earnings:

$80,000-$90,000+ with overtime and prevailing wage projects
