Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled In-House Mechanic to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment within our facility. Your expertise will ensure optimal operation of machinery, support ongoing production activities, and uphold safety standards across the plant. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a dynamic environment while contributing to the success of our operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with farm equipment and advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems. This role is critical in minimizing downtime and ensuring equipment is operating safely and efficiently. Duties Inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair agricultural equipment and machinery Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and hoses Perform preventative maintenance and routine equipment inspections Repair or replace malfunctioning mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components Maintain accurate service and repair records Order and organize parts, supplies, and shop inventory as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and report hazards Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience repairing agricultural, diesel, or heavy equipment required Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems required Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to read and interpret service manuals, schematics, and technical documentation Welding and fabrication experience preferred Strong English and communication skills required Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with 50 pounds on a frequent basis Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment required Valid driver's license required; Class A CDL preferred Join us to be part of a team that values your expertise!
