This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong plumbing experience along with hands-on experience diagnosing and repairing residential appliances . We're looking for someone who can troubleshoot problems, work independently, and provide excellent service to residents. What You'll Do Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, faucets, toilets, drains, and water heaters Diagnose plumbing issues and complete repairs efficiently Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential appliances, including washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ranges, and other household appliances Perform repairs and maintenance on laundry room washers and dryers Install and replace appliances, including connections to existing water and electrical sources Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical appliance issues Complete preventative maintenance on plumbing systems and appliances Respond to service requests and plumbing emergencies Ensure all work meets applicable building codes and safety standards Maintain accurate service records and document completed repairs Work closely with maintenance technicians, vendors, and contractors when needed Participate in an on-call rotation Travel between assigned residential properties as needed What We're Looking For 5+ years of hands-on plumbing, appliance repair, residential maintenance, or related experience Strong plumbing troubleshooting and repair skills Experience repairing washers and dryers strongly preferred Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems used in residential appliances Ability to diagnose problems and determine the appropriate repair Comfortable working independently and managing multiple service requests Strong customer service and communication skills High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift, bend, climb, kneel, and perform physical maintenance work Must be comfortable participating in an on-call rotation Compensation & Benefits $32/hour Full benefits after 90 days Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off Education reimbursement and training opportunities 30% discount on rental units Mileage reimbursement On-call/travel pay Stable, full-time opportunity with long-term growth #
