Job Description

Appliance Repair Service Technician Mr. Appliance Full-Time Mr. Appliance is one of North America's most trusted appliance service brands, and we're growing in the Sandusky/Fremont/Toledo & Northwest Ohio market. We're looking for motivated, reliable people to join our technician team. If you like solving problems and have experience repairing appliances, lets talk! We even do a ride-along experience so you can see how we do appliance repair. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair household appliances in customers' homes, including: Refrigerators Washers & dryers Dishwashers Ovens, ranges, and cooktops Communicate clearly with customers about what's wrong and what it will take to fix it Use tablets and service software to document work Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle Represent Mr. Appliance with professionalism and integrity Who We're Looking For We are open to: Experienced appliance technicians HVAC, electrical, maintenance, or mechanical backgrounds You must: Have a valid driver's license Have a clean driving record (company vehicle and insurance requirement) Experience fixing appliances If you can: Show up on time Communicate well with customers Learn technical skills Work independently What We Provide Ride-along opportunity before hiring Company service vehicle (once trained) iPad / work tablet Branded uniform Ongoing technical training Career advancement into: Senior Technician Lead Tech Trainer Operations / management roles Compensation Competitive hourly pay or commission structure (based on experience) Performance bonuses Overtime opportunities Steady year-round work What Makes Mr. Appliance Different We are not a "dispatch-and-forget" operation.
