Duties Diagnose issues with washers and dryers using schematics, electrical diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques Perform repairs on appliances including electrical work, plumbing connections, and mechanical components Install new washers and dryers, ensuring proper setup with correct electrical, plumbing, and ventilation connections Use hand tools, power tools, ladder equipment, and other maintenance tools to execute repairs efficiently Conduct routine maintenance to prevent future breakdowns and extend appliance lifespan Communicate clearly with customers about repair processes, maintenance tips, and troubleshooting steps Operate company vehicles responsibly for delivery, installation, or service calls while adhering to safety protocols Requirements Proven experience with appliance repair, installation, and maintenance of washers and dryers Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience and troubleshooting skills Ability to read schematics and electrical diagrams accurately Familiarity with refrigeration systems is a plus but not required Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment repair tools safely and effectively Knowledge of plumbing systems relevant to appliance connections Experience with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) practices in a service environment Valid driver's license with delivery driver experience preferred for operating company vehicles Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude toward client interactions Ability to interpret technical manuals and follow safety procedures diligently Embrace this opportunity to energize your career by providing top-tier appliance solutions!
