Collaborate with team members and mentors to continuously refine technical skills and stay current with industry advancements. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automatic transmission vehicle. EPA Type I or Universal certification. Proven mechanical aptitude and experience using specialized diagnostic and repair tools. Physical capability to lift up to 50-100 lbs and perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, and climbing. Proficiency with smartphone applications and digital communication tools. Preferred Skills 1-2 years of professional experience in appliance repair or a related field. Strong background in troubleshooting complex electrical or mechanical systems. Demonstrated ability to follow technical manuals and complex service procedures.
