This is a flexible-schedule independent contractor opportunity and is not a W-2 employee position . Compensation 50/50 split of collected labor revenue Technician receives 50% of the labor portion of completed service calls Consistent work opportunities based on availability, performance, and service area Types of Service Calls Our technicians handle a combination of: COD / customer-pay appliance service calls Manufacturer service calls Manufacturer warranty repairs Appliance diagnosis and repair Follow-up repairs after parts are received Brands We Service We work with many major residential appliance brands, including: Samsung Dacor GE Frigidaire Electrolux Midea ZLINE Vitara And many others Experience with some or all of these brands is highly preferred. Appliances We Service Technicians may work on: Refrigerators Freezers Washers Dryers Dishwashers Ranges Ovens Cooktops Microwaves Other major household appliances What We're Looking For We are looking for technicians who: Have experience diagnosing and repairing major household appliances Are dependable, professional, and customer-service oriented Can work independently in customers' homes Are comfortable managing a flexible service schedule Communicate clearly with our office and customers Accurately document diagnoses, repairs, parts needed, and completed work Take pride in completing repairs correctly and efficiently Are comfortable handling COD, manufacturer, and warranty service calls Commercial appliances repairs is a Plus Independent Contractor Requirements This is a 1099 subcontractor position . The technician is responsible for providing and maintaining: Reliable service vehicle Valid driver's license Vehicle insurance Fuel/gas Personal tools and equipment required for appliance diagnosis and repair Smartphone and reliable communication Schedule Flexible schedule.
