Lake Havasu City, AZ C2 Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for an HVAC installer to join our crew. We're a local company that's growing fast and we're looking for someone who takes pride in clean work. We aren't chasing numbers—we're building a reputation. If you care about doing quality installs and want to work with someone who does things the right way, you'll fit in here. What you'll be doing:

• Install residential split systems, package units, and mini-splits
• Install ductwork and ventilation systems
• Replace equipment and complete system change-outs
• Help with light commercial installations
• Keep job sites clean and professional What we're looking for:
• HVAC installation experience (preferred)
• EPA Certification is a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Able to lift 75+ lbs and work in attics and on rooftops
• Shows up on time and has a strong work ethic
• Takes pride in clean workmanship
• Positive attitude and willing to learn What we offer:
