What You'll Do Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish Take full ownership of the job site, crew, and overall install process Communicate directly with customers and set clear expectations Ensure installs are completed efficiently and to company standards Troubleshoot installation challenges and escalate issues when needed Collect payment and complete all job documentation Typically complete 1 install per day (2 for high-performing teams) Lead a 2-person (or more) crew and ensure the job runs smoothly Use ServiceTitan for job notes, documentation, and job tracking What We're Looking For 5+ years of HVAC installation experience Proven experience as a Lead Installer running your own jobs Ability to lead a crew, manage the job, and take full accountability Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation best practices Strong communication skills with both customers and team members Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM preferred Clean driving record and background Schedule Monday - Friday Rotating Saturdays (scheduled in advance) No on-call schedule Compensation Competitive hourly pay + performance-based incentives Compensation based on experience and leadership ability Strong earning potential for proven lead installers Structured pay plans designed to reward productivity and quality Benefits 401(k) match Competitive benefits package Medical, dental, and vision insurance Supplemental insurance options Growth and advancement opportunities Work Location Based out of Anaheim, CA Serving customers across Orange County, Los Angeles, and surrounding areas
