Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain air conditioning units, heating systems, and plumbing infrastructure in residential and commercial settings Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately Perform drain cleaning, pipe threading, and water system repairs with precision using hand tools and power tools Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure proper system installation and compliance with local building codes Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, equipment, and materials between job sites Execute plumbing system maintenance tasks such as water heater servicing, leak repairs, and system upgrades Collaborate with clients to provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair needs clearly and offering maintenance advice Engage in remodeling projects requiring heavy lifting, handyman skills, or construction site experience to support project goals effectively Qualifications Proven experience required with a focus on plumbing or HVAC systems in residential or commercial environments Skilled in welding, pipe threading, drain cleaning, and the use of hand tools and power tools Knowledge of Air Conditioning Repairs and Installation Familiarity with local building codes to ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during complex repairs or installations Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles responsibly Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and interpreting technical specifications Looking for an Experienced technician to run his own route.
