Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic and growing teams as an HVAC+R Senior Service Technician and become a vital part of our team-centric and motivated group. We are focused on supporting each other and delivering honest and high-quality service to all of our Customers. Responsibilities Run service calls 9AM to 5PM during the week Collaborate with other Technicians and provide support and knowledge transfer to newer and less experienced team members Provide excellent Customer Service and solutions to the community Drive sales and job opportunities for the installation teams Run on call once per month Skills 4+ years of field experience running service calls and everything from basic to advanced diagnostics Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in HVAC+R systems repair, installation, and maintenance Mechanical knowledge of HVAC components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, pumps, valves, thermostats, and boilers. Skilled in electrical diagnostics using tools like ohmmeters; capable of troubleshooting electrical faults efficiently. Familiarity with plumbing connections related to HVAC systems; ability to repair or replace piping as needed. Experience with refrigeration systems including refrigeration cycle troubleshooting and repairs. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles safely. EPA certification required for handling refrigerants; additional certifications in HVAC or building automation are advantageous. Strong mechanical aptitude combined with excellent customer service skills; able to communicate technical information clearly to clients. You will have your own truck, company fuel card, and support with tools as required. We offer bonus opportunities to Technicians as appropriate.
