Job Overview As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems throughout our service area. Your role is crucial in ensuring our customers enjoy year-round comfort with efficient and effective heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. This position requires technical aptitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to customer satisfaction — and it's an excellent path to grow into a Service Technician role with ongoing paid training. Trade school attendance (preferred) Strong mechanical background EPA Certification Strong time management and organizational skills Desire to exceed expectations and deliver quality customer service Valid driver's license Service Titan experience a PLUS!
