In this role, you will install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial HVAC/R systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy savings for clients across North America. You will diagnose system issues, perform preventive maintenance, and provide exceptional customer service on-site. Responsibilities Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on commercial and industrial HVACR systems for wholesale and end-user customers Install, start up, and commission new HVACR equipment and related controls to meet performance and manufacturer specifications Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues using digital tools, gauges, and schematics to identify root causes and recommend solutions Execute preventive and predictive maintenance to improve reliability, reduce downtime, and enhance energy efficiency of customer systems Recover, evacuate, and charge refrigerants in compliance with EPA and company standards, ensuring safe and environmentally responsible handling Collaborate with the Technical & Maintenance team to resolve complex technical issues and support continuous improvement in service quality Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and field support to junior technicians and assist wholesale customers with product and application questions Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, repair options, timelines, and energy-efficiency opportunities, ensuring high satisfaction Accurately complete service tickets, work orders, and digital documentation, including parts usage, labor time, and equipment condition Adhere to all safety protocols, codes, and company policies while maintaining a clean, organized work area and company vehicle Required Skills Commercial HVACR diagnosis and repair Refrigeration systems troubleshooting Electrical and mechanical diagnostics Reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints Preventive and predictive maintenance Brazing, soldering, and piping practices Refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and charging Use of digital gauges and diagnostic tools Building automation and controls basics Energy-efficiency optimization Customer service and client communication Technical documentation and reporting Time management and routing efficiency Safety procedures and regulatory compliance
