Position Overview We are looking for an HVAC Helper who is eager to learn and grow within our family-owned business. You will be helping with the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and electrical systems. This is an entry-level position that is ideal for individuals who want to grow within the HVAC and electrical industry. You will receive on-the-job training with plenty of opportunities to gain experience and take on more responsibility. There will also be opportunities for overtime during busy times of the year . Key Responsibilities Assist HVAC technicians with the installation and repair of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Assist with the installation and repair of electrical systems. Carry and organize tools and equipment needed for jobs. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with routine maintenance tasks and inspections. Perform basic tasks such as cleaning HVAC components and replacing filters. Provide excellent customer service by being professional and courteous.
