Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Duties Install new HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and building automation systems in accordance with schematics and design specifications Perform routine maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure optimal operation and extend system lifespan Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems using electrical diagnostics, equipment troubleshooting techniques, and mechanical knowledge Conduct electrical diagnostics on HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration) systems utilizing tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters Diagnose issues with plumbing, refrigeration, ammonia refrigeration systems, and mechanical components; implement effective repairs Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and building automation system controls to facilitate accurate repairs and installations Maintain detailed service records, reports, and logs of all work performed for compliance and quality assurance Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction during every interaction Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC technician or service technician in construction or property maintenance environments Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing HVAC systems, boilers, refrigeration units, and electrical systems Ability to read schematics accurately and understand HVAC design principles Skilled in using hand tools, electrical diagnostic equipment, and testing devices such as ohmmeters Knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and electrical systems related to HVAC/R equipment Familiarity with refrigerants including EPA certification for handling refrigerants safely Experience with HVAC system installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting in commercial or residential settings Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients Ability to work independently or as part of a field service team in various environments Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; willingness to obtain additional certifications as required Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values technical expertise, safety excellence, and outstanding customer service. Pay:

$23.00 - $33.00 per hour
