Responsibilities Execute comprehensive maintenance and complex repairs to optimize the longevity and performance of residential climate control systems. Utilize advanced diagnostic techniques to identify and resolve mechanical or electrical failures in HVAC equipment. Manage the end-to-end installation of new heating and cooling units, ensuring all work meets rigorous industry standards. Drive customer satisfaction by providing clear, professional explanations of technical issues and recommended solutions. Document service history and technical findings to maintain precise records of system health and maintenance cycles. Contribute to team success by sharing technical insights and collaborating on complex service challenges to improve operational outcomes. Maintain a high standard of workplace safety and regulatory compliance during all field operations. Required Skills Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in residential HVAC service and repair. Current EPA certification for refrigerant handling. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical and electrical system issues. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering a superior customer experience. Proficiency with industry-standard diagnostic tools and testing equipment. Preferred Skills Current MA Oil Burner License or relevant state-specific certifications.
