Job Description

Krause Heating & Air is a family run business and recently recognized as a Carrier "President's Award" recipient. Located in Forest Hill, Maryland, we provide Maintenance, Repair and New Installation services in Baltimore County, Harford County, Cecil County, and Worchester County. With over 20 years of experience, we pride ourselves with providing an ethical, customer focused solution for all of our client's needs at a fair price. Our attention to detail and customer service along with ongoing employee support and training sets us apart from the competition. We are looking for HVAC personnel who aligns with our vision, is technically proficient and enjoys working with customers. You will be provided with ongoing training and virtual/on-site assistance when necessary. Our technicians will perform regularly scheduled maintenance calls for our contracted customer base, trouble shoot and diagnose issues during service calls, repair systems as necessary, and install new systems. If you fit the following profile, you may be a great addition to the team:

3+ Years of HVAC service and install experience
Dedicated team player

Exceptional communication skills with customers and team members
