Golden Sands Club Condominium Association is looking for a highly skilled, dependable HVAC Technician with a Master HVAC License to join our maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in a large, high-rise condominium community. Best of all — this is a local, no-travel position with a mostly weekday schedule! You'll work as an important part of our maintenance team, helping keep our residents comfortable and our building systems operating safely and efficiently. No travel - work at one location Mostly weekday schedule Paid holidays Paid vacation Health insurance Stable employment with an established condominium community Opportunity to work independently while being part of a professional maintenance team What You'll Do As our HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, inspection, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of heating, cooling and ventilation systems throughout the building and individual units.

Responsibilities include:

Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment and systems Perform preventative maintenance and change filters Repair and maintain heating, cooling and ventilation systems Install new HVAC equipment Install and repair ductwork Identify problems and determine the best course of action for repairs Perform related plumbing and electrical work as needed Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance manuals and procedures Use power and hand tools safely and effectively Respond to HVAC-related issues and help maintain resident comfort Work independently while communicating important issues to management Perform other related maintenance duties as assigned

What We're Looking For Required:

Current Master HVAC License - REQUIRED Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents and management Knowledge of HVAC systems, power tools and hand tools Ability to read and understand technical and maintenance documents Reliable and dependable Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship Ability to work effectively as part of a team Ability to lift 50 pounds or more Ability to walk, stand and climb stairs for extended periods Ability to work in enclosed spaces Ability to work outdoors when necessary Comfortable identifying problems and bringing them to management's attention Why Golden Sands?
