In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining complex HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency. Your expertise in sheet metal fabrication, system troubleshooting, and mechanical systems will help create comfortable, safe environments for our clients across various industries. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced, collaborative setting where safety, quality, and customer satisfaction are paramount. Responsibilities Install, assemble, and fabricate sheet metal ductwork and HVAC components according to schematics and design specifications Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration equipment, and building automation systems Read and interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design documents to ensure precise installation and repair work Conduct system inspections to identify issues with HVAC/R equipment such as ammonia refrigeration systems or electrical systems Weld or modify sheet metal parts as needed to meet project requirements and safety standards Provide excellent customer service by explaining system functions and maintenance procedures clearly to clients Requirements Service technician experience in HVAC/R or related fields is highly preferred Strong knowledge of schematics, HVAC design principles is preferred Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair, maintenance, troubleshooting Ability to operate hand tools effectively Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC system installation and repair processes Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling; additional certifications in electrical diagnostics or boiler operation are advantageous Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently Strong customer service skills with a professional approach to client interactions Join us in delivering innovative climate control solutions that enhance comfort and safety!
