WG Heating & Cooling, one of the leading residential new construction companies in southeast Michigan, is looking for motivated installers with rough and duct installation experience to join our team.

Requirements:

• Basic HVAC hand tools. o WG Heating & Cooling provides saws, cords, ladders, and PPE.
• Drivers License with good driving record.
• Reliable transportation to and from our office/warehouse.
• Able to lift 50+lbs, sit, stand, reach, and kneel.

Job Type:

• Full Time (40 hour work week)

Pay:

• $17.

00-$28.00 per hour (Experience/Performance Based)
