If you enjoy troubleshooting residential HVAC systems, providing outstanding customer service, and helping homeowners stay comfortable, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, mini-splits, and air handlers Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups Present repair and replacement options to homeowners Complete accurate job documentation Deliver a five-star customer experience on every call Participate in an on-call rotation What You Bring Journeyman HVAC License required 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Experience servicing furnaces, A/C systems, heat pumps, boilers, mini-splits, and air handlers EPA Certification preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Positive attitude and team-first mentality What We Offer $32-$40/hour based on experience Full-time, year-round work Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays 401(k) with company match Company vehicle, tools, and uniforms Ongoing training and advancement opportunities Why Levine & Sons?
