Carter's Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our growing team. If you're a skilled installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys working with homeowners, and has ServiceTitan experience , we'd love to talk with you. What You'll Do Install residential furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, and thermostats Complete equipment replacements and new installations Test and start up systems to ensure proper operation Communicate professionally with homeowners Complete job documentation in ServiceTitan Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site What You Bring 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience ServiceTitan experience is required EPA Certification Experience installing furnaces, A/C systems, heat pumps, air handlers, and mini-splits Strong customer service and communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Positive attitude and team-first mentality What We Offer $28
