Approximately:

6-7 hours/day focused on service department leadership 1-2 hours/day overseeing install operations and career development You'll be responsible for driving performance, coaching leaders and technicians, and ensuring consistent customer experience across both service and install. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop HVAC service technicians into high-performing Service & Sales Professionals Support install operations by improving communication, workflow, and accountability Establish and reinforce clear expectations, KPIs, and performance standards Partner with leadership to build and refine SOPs and training systems Promote a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and professionalism Ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency Help define and support clear career progression paths for service and install teams Manage the price book and the profit of the department What Success Looks Like Technicians understand expectations and feel supported, trained, and accountable Service performance metrics are consistently met or improved Install operations run smoothly with fewer callbacks and clearer communication Team morale is strong, turnover is reduced, and leaders are developed internally

Compensation Salary:
