Residential HVAC Service Technician Pay:

Responsibilities Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems. Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups. Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and mechanical issues. Accurately explain findings and repair recommendations to homeowners. Complete work orders and documentation professionally using mobile applications. Deliver outstanding customer service on every visit. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Represent AirFlowPros professionally at all times. Follow EPA regulations and company safety standards. Work independently while maintaining communication with the office. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 1 year of residential HVAC field experience required. EPA Section 608 Certification required. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must own and maintain the tools necessary to perform residential HVAC service, diagnostics, and repairs. Must have reliable transportation. A pickup truck or service van is strongly preferred, as technicians currently transport their own tools and equipment. Ability to diagnose and complete common residential HVAC repairs with minimal supervision. Experience servicing major residential HVAC brands preferred. Comfortable using smartphones or tablets for work orders, communication, and documentation. Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work safely in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor environments.
