Job Summary We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property maintenance and mechanical knowledge, with experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can read schematics and work effectively with various tools and equipment. Responsibilities Install HVAC systems according to specifications and safety standards. Conduct routine maintenance checks on existing systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, including refrigeration units and ammonia refrigeration systems. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics and repairs. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and installation requirements. Perform equipment repairs as needed, ensuring all work meets industry standards. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Drive company vehicles to job sites as required. Qualifications Proven experience in HVAC installation or related fields such as property maintenance or appliance repair. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC systems. Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus. Ability to read schematics and technical manuals accurately. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for operating company vehicles. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
