The Big Task Accurately and efficiently install high quality heating and air conditioning equipment in residential homes. Key Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems including heat pumps, air conditioners, package units and split systems. Perform HVAC equipment replacements and full system change outs. Install ductwork, thermostats and system components as part of HVAC system installations. Maintain communication with dispatch, management and installation teams. Keep company truck clean and organized inside and out. Maintain installation inventory and parts on the truck. Properly complete installation paperwork and job documentation. Participate in training and continuing education to grow as an HVAC professional. Join the on call rotation when scheduled. Requirements Experience as an HVAC Installer or HVAC Installation Technician. Experience installing residential HVAC systems including heat pumps and air conditioners. EPA Certification or willingness to obtain EPA 608 Certification. Clean driving record. Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
