This is a working leadership role responsible for overseeing residential and commercial HVAC installations, ensuring quality workmanship, and keeping projects on track. The right candidate is a strong leader who can motivate a team, solve problems in the field, and maintain high performance standards while staying hands-on when needed.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead HVAC installation crews Oversee retrofit and commercial installation projects Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in real time Train and mentor team members Maintain clear communication with team and management

Qualifications:

5+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred (retrofit & commercial) Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Reliable, disciplined, and detail-oriented Valid driver's license required and clean driving record
