Approximately 35-40 hours per week We are looking for an experienced, dependable HVAC Installer to join our team in Butler, NJ. The right candidate can handle HVAC installation jobs independently, takes pride in quality work, and shows up ready to work on time as we are subcontractors for utility companies. This position offers steady work with no on-call schedule and no sales requirements . We are looking for someone responsible, professional, and willing to continue learning and growing with our company. Responsibilities Install heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and related HVAC equipment. Complete assigned installation jobs safely, efficiently, and professionally. Work independently while communicating with the team as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area at job sites. Follow company safety procedures and provide professional customer service. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of HVAC installation experience required. (Please do not apply if you don't have the minimum experience) Must be able to handle installation jobs independently. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Background check Reliable, responsible, punctual, and professional. Willingness to learn and adapt to new equipment and installation methods. Must be able to reliably commute to Butler, NJ 07405 . Plumbing experience is a plus, but not required. Benefits $25.00-$38.00 per hour, depending on experience. Paid vacation and sick days.
