Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Senior HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and mechanical systems. Experience Proven experience as an HVAC service technician for 2 years minimum. Construction experience is highly desirable to understand building infrastructure integration. Demonstrated ability to read schematics, electrical diagrams, and building automation system layouts effectively. Knowledge of HVAC design principles combined with mechanical knowledge of refrigeration cycles, boiler operation, air conditioning systems, and mechanical systems repair. Hands-on experience with electrical diagnostics using tools like ohmmeters; familiarity with electrical systems troubleshooting is essential. Experience working with plumbing components related to HVAC/R applications; familiarity with equipment troubleshooting is required. Valid driver's license (preferably driver) with a clean driving record; ability to operate various hand tools safely is necessary.
