The ideal candidate will have strong commercial HVAC installation, diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair experience and be able to work independently at customer locations.

Pay:

$40.00-$50.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule:

Full-time, minimum 40 hours per week, with overtime and participation in an on-call rotation. Responsibilities Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, refrigerant, and control-system issues. Perform preventive maintenance and emergency service calls. Read wiring diagrams, equipment specifications, and technical manuals. Accurately document work performed, materials used, and recommended repairs. Communicate professionally with customers regarding system conditions and necessary repairs. Follow company procedures and applicable safety requirements. Participate in the company's rotating on-call schedule. Maintain company-issued vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working conditions. Qualifications At least five years of commercial HVAC service and installation experience preferred. Demonstrated experience diagnosing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment. Experience with rooftop units, split systems, boilers, controls, and chillers EPA Section 608 certification [preferred]. Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple service assignments. Strong customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable under the company's insurance requirements. Ability to maintain a professional appearance at customer locations. Willingness to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50-75 pounds. Ability to climb ladders and work on rooftops, in mechanical rooms, and in varying weather conditions. Ability to bend, kneel, stand, and work in confined spaces as necessary.
