Commercial & Industrial HVAC Service Technician Henry Heating Cooling & Plumbing, Inc. 2370 State Route 516 NW, Dover, OH 44622 $26.28 - $40.00 an hour - Full-time $26.28 - $40.00 an hour - Full-time Job Overview We are seeking skilled and dedicated Commercial & Industrial HVAC Technicians to join our team. Ideal candidates will have experience maintaining and servicing 5-25 ton Air Handling Units, Chillers, Boilers, and Control Systems. Sign-on Bonus up to $5000. Duties Perform routine maintenance and service on Commercial & Industrial HVAC systems. Diagnose equipment malfunctions effectively. Maintain accurate records of service performed and equipment status. Communicate effectively with clients regarding system performance and necessary repairs. Drive company vehicle to various job sites while adhering to safety regulations. Be available for on-call after hour's service calls, as needed. Qualifications Must be able to pass a drug test EPA Refrigeration Universal Certification NATE Certification or be able to acquire within 2 years of employment. Proven experience as an HVAC Technician on Commercial & Industrial equipment.
