Qualifications Must be able to pass a drug test EPA Refrigeration Universal Certification NATE certification or be able to acquire within 2 years of employment Proven experience as an HVAC Installer High School diploma or GED Must have a valid driver's license. Clean driving record Responsibilities Install residential heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini-splits, and related equipment. Must be able to braze refrigerant lines. Must be able to properly handle refrigerant reclamation and be able to properly charge systems Remove and replace existing HVAC systems. Install and modify ductwork as needed. Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications and local building codes. Test equipment to verify proper operation and system performance. Maintain a clean and organized work area at each job site. Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members Accurately complete installation paperwork and job documentation. Assist with troubleshooting installation-related issues when necessary. Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
