Responsibilities Install and replace commercial HVAC equipment and mechanical systems. Complete retrofit projects in existing commercial facilities. Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications. Install RTUs, boilers, chillers, WSHPs, VAV systems, split systems, and exhaust systems. Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and local codes. Coordinate with project managers and other trades on job sites. Troubleshoot installation challenges and resolve issues efficiently. Qualifications Four or more years of commercial HVAC installation experience preferred Experience performing code compliant, commercial retrofit project, from blueprint to complete Experience installing RTUs, chillers, boilers, VAV systems, WSHPs, split systems, and related equipment EPA certification required OSHA 10 certification preferred (required within 90 days of hire) Valid driver's license Compensation Starting pay: $30-$60 per hour Compensation is based on experience, certifications, technical expertise, and overall qualifications.
