Job Overview We are seeking a skilled HVACR and Plumbing Field Technician to join our dynamic team. You will travel to commercial customer locations to inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair heating, cooling, refrigeration, and basic plumbing systems. This role requires attention to detail and adherence to industry codes and standards while working in various customer locations and environments.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC units, heat pumps, boilers, and refrigeration equipment
• Handle routine plumbing repairs, fixture replacements, and pipe diagnostics.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance checks.
• Explain repair options and costs clearly to customers
• Complete accurate worksheets per job on a daily basis.

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum 4 years of hands-on field experience in HVAC, Refrigeration, and Plumbing. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record EPA certification (Universal preferred for HVACR work). Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations. Ability to work independently or as part of a team
