We install, replace, and maintain systems in homes for customers who value quality and are willing to invest in doing it right the first time. What You'll Be Doing Residential and light commercial HVAC installs (change‑outs, full system replacements, add‑ons) Lead or support on install crews depending on experience Ductwork tie‑ins, line sets, start‑ups, commissioning Keeping job sites clean, safe, and presentable Communicating clearly and respectfully with homeowners and teammates Completing basic paperwork / photos on each job so we can bonus you correctly What winning looks like: Clean, code‑compliant installs Minimal callbacks Happy customers who leave 5‑star reviews and ask for you by name What You Get 100% company‑paid health, vision, dental, and life insurance for the employee Performance pay on each install paid Bi-weekly Monday-Friday schedule with overtime available (especially in peak season) Paid holidays + 10 paid vacation days
Lead Installers:
Take‑home company van All hires receive Company‑paid cell phone Gas card + expense card Flexible scheduling when possible (we work with you if you take care of us) Who This Is For You'll be a great fit here if you: Put the customer first, the company second, and your ego last Take pride in your workmanship and hate cutting corners Want to grow with the company and are willing to invest time and energy to do it Are loyal, honest, and have unimpeachable character Show up on time, ready to work, even when it's hot, cold, or uncomfortable Minimum Requirements 3+ years HVAC install experience (residential; lead experience is a big plus) Valid driver's license with insurable record Able to lift 50+ lbs, work in attics/basements, and handle a physical workload Basic tools for the trade (we supply the big stuff) EPA certification preferred How to Apply Apply through Indeed and include a short note answering this: "What makes a great HVAC install in your opinion?" $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
