Job Description

CCS Construction Staffing is actively hiring Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Mechanics in Hampton, TN. This is an immediate opportunity for qualified professionals seeking steady work. This role focuses on commercial HVAC duct installation on an active project site. Ideal candidates are experienced sheet metal mechanics who can hang ductwork correctly, work safely from ladders and lifts, and maintain quality and pace while working independently and alongside a crew.

POSITION DETAILS

Project-Based Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM start (5×8 schedule)

Start Date:

ASAP SCOPE OF WORK

Install commercial HVAC ductwork on site
Hang ductwork using proper supports and hardware
Install and connect duct sections to specification
Install hangers, supports, and related mounting hardware
Ensure duct is properly secured, level, and aligned
Work safely and efficiently from ladders and/or lifts

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 5 years of experience required
Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide)
Able to work independently and maintain pace with the crew
Must have own tools and required
