Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, chillers, and heat pumps Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and diagnostics using advanced tools and mobile technology Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues to restore optimal system performance Document work performed, parts used, and recommendations in digital service platforms Communicate clearly with customers, project managers, and teammates to explain issues and solutions Follow Lee Company safety standards, codes, and regulations on all job sites Collaborate with apprentices and peers, providing guidance and supporting training efforts Participate in on-call rotations and respond to emergency service requests as needed Recommend energy-efficient and cost-effective solutions to improve system performance Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in clean, safe working order Required Skills Commercial HVAC systems HVAC installation HVAC troubleshooting Preventive maintenance Electrical diagnostics Controls and thermostats Refrigeration systems Reading blueprints and schematics Digital service/CMMS tools Safety and OSHA compliance
