Job Overview Seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC Technician to join our team and deliver top-tier heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration services. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical and electrical HVAC systems across commercial and residential properties. ( 1-5 TON
RTU'S AND SPLIT SYSTEM LIGHT COMMERCIAL AND SOME RESIDENTIAL
). Duties Service, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, and building automation systems. ( 1-5 TON
RTU'S AND SPLIT SYSTEM LIGHT COMMERCIAL AND SOME RESIDENTIAL
). Troubleshoot mechanical systems including pumps, fans, compressors, and ammonia refrigeration units. Conduct preventative maintenance on HVAC equipment to ensure reliable operation and extend system lifespan. Repair plumbing components associated with HVAC systems and perform welding or other mechanical repairs as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction during field service visits. Requirements Service technician experience with HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) systems.
EXPERIENCE 1-5 TON RTU'S AND SPLIT SYSTEM LIGHT COMMERCIAL AND SOME RESIDENTIAL.
Knowledge of schematics, electrical diagnostics, HVAC design principles, and refrigeration technology. Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues using hand tools and specialized diagnostic instruments. Familiarity with electrical systems including building automation controls and electrical wiring standards. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Certifications such as EPA refrigerant handling certification are required; additional certifications in welding or property maintenance are a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
