Merrill Mechanical is seeking a full time service technician who can install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Ability to perform routine maintenance checks to ensure proper system functionality, while adhering to our customers needs is paramount. We do not offer 24 hour service, so no on-call necessary for this position. A successful candidate should possess a positive attitude, be self motivated and willing to take the initiative needed to complete all tasks assigned. Must have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Gas license, refrigeration license and drivers license a must. Oil license, plumbing license, electrical license, or heat pump experience a huge plus. Pay is commensurate with experience and licensing. Possibility of company vehicle to the right candidate. Your Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot boilers, furnaces, water heaters, and heat pumps. Troubleshoot and resolve problems that occur by reviewing diagnostics and using the proper tools to complete repairs Provide final inspections of systems once repairs are completed to ensure all equipment is operating safely Complete appropriate daily paperwork for each service call Ensure the service truck is in good working order and reliable Perform other duties as required to maintain and enhance departmental productivity Provide superior customer service

Your Skills:
