Business hours are generally 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM . Optional 4/10 schedule available based on business needs. Field technician schedules may vary based on workload and seasonal demand. Overtime opportunities may be available. Compensation is based on experience, certifications, and licensing. General hourly wage is $30-$65 depending on Experience. Location This position is field-based throughout the Greater Seattle area.

Redmond and surrounding areas Job Duties & Responsibilities Perform maintenance, service, and duct cleaning work on residential HVAC systems. Gather information and diagnostic data regarding customer equipment. Diagnose system issues and clearly communicate findings to customers. Educate customers on recommended repair, maintenance, and replacement options. Utilize company software and mobile technology to review customer history and document work performed. Maintain accurate service records and job notes. Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and management. Work collaboratively with team leaders when additional technical support is needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment and company vehicle. Follow all company safety standards and procedures. Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, air handlers, and indoor air quality products. Remove and replace existing HVAC equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications, company standards, and local building codes. Install, modify, and seal ductwork systems to ensure proper airflow and system performance. Perform equipment startup, system testing, and commissioning to verify proper operation and customer satisfaction. Read and interpret installation layouts, blueprints, manufacturer installation instructions, and job specifications. Coordinate with permitting authorities, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure code-compliant installations. Identify and communicate potential installation challenges, safety concerns, or additional customer needs to management. Maintain company tools, installation materials, inventory, and vehicles in a safe and organized manner. Provide customers with a thorough walkthrough of newly installed equipment, including operational guidance and maintenance recommendations. Assist in training and mentoring apprentices and entry-level installers as needed. Job Requirements & Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional and courteous customer service demeanor. Comfortable using mobile devices, tablets, and service software. Strong attention to detail and documentation. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to solve problems and adapt to various customer situations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. HVAC service experience preferred for Service Technician applicants. Maintenance Technician applicants may be considered without HVAC experience. Additional company training will be provided. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and work for extended periods. Ability to work in crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas.
