In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Duties Perform comprehensive HVAC system repairs, maintenance, and installations across commercial and residential properties. Troubleshoot electrical diagnostics, refrigeration issues, and mechanical systems systems with precision. Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and HVAC design plans to accurately diagnose problems and implement solutions. Utilize hand tools and advanced equipment to repair HVAC components such as furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, mini splits, and all other HVAC equipment. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring client satisfaction during every service call. Adhere to safety protocols including EPA certification requirements for refrigerant handling and proper use of personal protective equipment. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in HVAC system repair and maintenance. Knowledge of schematics, HVAC design principles, building automation systems, electrical diagnostics, and refrigeration technology. Mechanical knowledge encompassing furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, mini splits, and all other HVAC equipment Ability to operate hand tools efficiently and perform equipment troubleshooting in diverse environments. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. EPA certification for refrigerant handling. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
