Why Join Ampler? ✔ Competitive pay ✔ Comprehensive benefits package ✔ Company-supported training and development ✔ Variety in your work—no two days are the same ✔ Independence with the support of an experienced maintenance team ✔ Opportunity to make a real impact across multiple restaurants What You'll Do As an HVAC/Maintenance Technician, you'll support multiple Burger King restaurants by: Performing preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment Cleaning A/C coils and replacing filters on scheduled intervals Diagnosing and repairing HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Maintaining motors, pumps, conveyors, belts, fans, faucets, hoses, and other restaurant equipment Responding to emergency service calls and minimizing restaurant downtime Conducting routine inspections and identifying maintenance needs before they become major issues Ordering and managing replacement parts while maintaining accurate inventory records Documenting completed work and maintaining preventive maintenance schedules Working with approved outside contractors when necessary while helping control maintenance costs Following all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Assisting with facility improvements and capital equipment recommendations What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: HVAC Certified (Required) Self-motivated and able to work independently Organized and able to prioritize multiple service calls A strong communicator who works well with restaurant managers and vendors Experienced with commercial HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and electrical systems Knowledgeable in the safe use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Committed to providing high-quality repairs and preventive maintenance Work Schedule Approximately 40 hours per week On-call for after-hours emergencies Rotating every other weekend on-call schedule Travel between assigned Burger King restaurant locations Physical Requirements This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crawling, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds . You'll work both indoors and outdoors around commercial kitchen equipment, HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical equipment while following all safety procedures.
