Responsibilities Execute streamlined daily routes managed by our dispatch team, receiving all schedules and job details directly to your phone or tablet via Housecall Pro. Install, service, and repair high-efficiency ductless mini-split systems, taking complete ownership of the field execution once you arrive on-site. Perform expert installations of premium units, line set covers, and specialized components like DITEK surge protectors, ensuring the engineered space looks flawless. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately using modern diagnostic tools and your specialized ductless expertise. Serve as the face of the company in the field, educating customers on their custom-designed systems and the benefits of new-age inverter technology. Maintain detailed, 100% digital records of all service activities, close out jobs seamlessly, and ensure every single job site is left absolutely spotless. Experience Hands-on HVAC service experience, specifically focused on diagnosing, repairing, and installing ductless mini-split systems. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to confidently troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues independently in the field. Tech-savvy with a high comfort level using digital field management software (prior Housecall Pro experience is highly desirable). Strict reliability and punctuality; showing up on time and adhering to the dispatch schedule is completely non-negotiable. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for daily field service assignments. EPA Section 608 refrigerant handling certification is required.
