Job Description

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Hartford, CT 06120 | 2nd & 3rd Shift | Monday-Friday | $30•36/hr We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a full-time, direct-hire position in Hartford, CT. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience maintaining and repairing industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment. Schedule 2nd

Shift:

3:00 PM•11:00 PM, Monday-Friday 3rd

Shift:

10:00 PM•6:00 AM, Monday-Friday Full-time, direct-hire position Pay & Benefits $30•36 per hour Medical and insurance benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Direct hire with the company Responsibilities Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on industrial machinery. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make necessary repairs. Maintain and repair hydraulic systems, bearings, pumps, motors, and other mechanical equipment. Identify equipment problems and make adjustments or replace parts as needed. Help minimize equipment downtime and keep production running efficiently. Follow maintenance schedules, safety procedures, and company guidelines. Work with production personnel to quickly identify and resolve equipment issues. Qualifications Previous experience in industrial maintenance or as a maintenance mechanic. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Hands-on experience with hydraulics, bearings, and industrial machinery. Comfortable using common maintenance tools and equipment. Ability to read mechanical drawings or equipment documentation. Strong safety awareness and ability to work independently.

Pay:

$30.00•$36.00 per hour
