Industrial Mechanics, Welders & Fabricators — Multiple Positions Available Job Summary We are hiring skilled and motivated individuals for several separate positions, including: Industrial Mechanics Welders Metal Fabricators Applicants are not expected to perform all three roles. Candidates will be considered based on their individual experience, skills, and preferred position. Industrial Mechanic Position Industrial Mechanics will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment.
Responsibilities may include:
Diagnosing mechanical problems and equipment failures Performing preventive maintenance and routine inspections Repairing, replacing, and installing mechanical components Reading mechanical blueprints, manuals, and technical drawings Using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments Assisting with equipment installation and machinery alignment Maintaining accurate and safe working conditions Preferred qualifications: Previous industrial maintenance or mechanical experience Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills Experience working with industrial machinery and equipment Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and micrometers Welding or fabrication experience is helpful but not required Welder Position Welders will be responsible for joining, repairing, and modifying metal components according to project specifications and industry standards.
Responsibilities may include:
Performing MIG, TIG, FCAW, and/or SMAW welding Reading welding symbols, blueprints, and technical drawings Preparing metal surfaces before welding Inspecting completed welds for quality and accuracy Operating welding machines, plasma cutters, grinders, and related equipment Following applicable AWS standards and company safety procedures Maintaining a clean and organized work area Preferred qualifications: Previous industrial or structural welding experience Proficiency in one or more welding processes Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols Knowledge of AWS standards and safe welding practices Ability to complete a weld test if required Fabricator Position Fabricators will be responsible for measuring, cutting, shaping, fitting, and assembling metal components and structures.
Responsibilities may include:
Reading fabrication drawings, shop drawings, and blueprints Measuring and marking materials accurately Cutting and shaping metal using saws, plasma cutters, grinders, and other equipment Fitting and assembling metal components Operating hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment Using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments Verifying completed work for proper dimensions and quality Following applicable ASME standards and company safety procedures Preferred qualifications: Previous metal or sheet-metal fabrication experience Strong measuring, layout, and basic shop-math skills Ability to interpret technical and fabrication drawings Experience with plasma cutting, machining, fitting, and assembly Ability to safely handle metal materials and fabrication equipment General Requirements Previous industrial, fabrication-shop, or construction-site experience is preferred Strong commitment to workplace safety Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Dependable attendance and a positive attitude Ability to perform physically demanding work and safely handle tools and materials Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities when needed Join our team and bring your individual mechanical, welding, or fabrication experience to a company that values safety, quality workmanship, and dependable employees.
