What You'll Be Doing Perform maintenance and repairs on plant equipment to support safe and efficient operations. Inspect, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Complete preventive maintenance activities to enhance equipment reliability and performance. Work closely with operations teams to maintain productivity and operational excellence. Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow all safety procedures. What Are We Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair equipment effectively. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and equipment documentation. Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and safe work practices. Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and continuous improvement. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
